Our first Phenomenon® trademark registered 11/28/2006 and our Spring Break® Bail Bonds trademark 4/15/2008. The use of our existing federal copyrights will maximize your return on your franchise investment. We own over 50 Federal copyrights registered since as early as August 3rd 1998 to as recent as March 14th 2020.
